It's definitely possible to be an NW1 with current drugs, but the problem is it basically involves male chemical castration, and not all of us are willing to cut our dicks off and grow breasts entirely for hair.

The good news is with all the recent breakthroughs and pieces of the puzzles we're discovering, I don't think we're too far from finding the direct link to hair loss that causes the domino effect.

I do believe they'll be obsolete by the time its the 2020s with the way things are going, especially since Fevi is getting closer to release and we definitely know for a fact that it'll come out in time.

Sorry for the initial misunderstanding, it's just I see so many people exaggerating the negative sides of finasteride on here I thought that's what you were doing.

I think it's inevitable that improved treatments will emerge, but we must use what's available to us now to hopefully maintain a better base for when those treatments come.

No worries man, I was describing drugs that were actually meant for transitioning. I know finasteride isn't as terrible as certain members are making it out to be. I'll be starting finasteride tomorrow night and then minoxidill in the few coming weeks so I'm hoping for the best. I do believe better treatments are coming.

I started on 20th May: no gyno, no erection problems, still shooting big loads.

I'm 33 and approximately a NW3. I've formulated a two-year plan for my hair which will culminate with a hair transplant if necessary. I'm feeling pretty optimistic about my situation, I'm lucky to not have particularly aggressive genes.
