I seem to be shedding a lot. Does shedding = balding?

Hey guys, NW2 here @ age 26. How normal is it to run your hands through your hair and be able to pull out a strand or two? My hair is medium length. I can also pull hair out from the "safe zones" although not as often, but my hair is short on the sides and in the back. I do realize humans shed so and so amount of hair a day, but I feel like I shed a lot. I've been using Regenepure DR every other day for a year and I'm wondering if it might be the cause of this. I have lots of hair on my head still, just a receded hair line. The hairs are usually long ones. I also noticed I can pull my hair out easier when I'm feeling hot.

All I take for my hair is Regenpure DR every other day and S5 Cream at night.

No shedding does not necessarily = balding. Don't worry about losing hair. Worry when it doesn't grow back.

Depends, if I'm shedding miniaturized hair, that can be worrying, if the hair that falls out is actually thicker I don't give much of a fvck.

Shedding about 80-100 hairs per day is normal. If you feel that you shed more, then it is time to think about the treatment.
If you loose a lot of hair per day, try to identify the real cause of shedding, this will help you to find the proper treatment.
A medical consultation can help.

That's what I'm wondering as well. I've read that some people's hair falls out in clumps, which I've never had. When I run my hands through my hair I might pull out a couple. Sometimes 5 or 6, but that isn't often. Sometimes none at all, which is great!
