I think that I have been missing out by not taking green tea

I have never taken green tea and I've always noticed that many others here in the forum do take it. I never really quite knew exactly why hair loss sufferers made it a part of their regimen but I'm finding that it's smart to take if you're taking Minoxidil. I have had great success over the past few years but do think that I may be retaining extra water in my face? I always seem to have a puffy face and nose and I can definitely attribute it to the Minoxidil. Do you think that by taking the green tea with the Big 3 will be a trememendous benefit? I hope somebody can give me some positive feedback.

Green tea is an anti-inflammatory (apparantly) and used topically helps quell scalp irritation. I use it by default because its an ingredient in American Crew Revitalise products.

I've been drinking grean tea almost daily for 8 years. No benefits to the hair. I just like the taste better than coffee.

I dont think it will help at all.

The primary benefit of green tea; supposedly, is it lowers water retention around the body (helping those who have had increased facial water retention from minoxoidl)

still waiting to see results though...

I take it for good luck... every morning with my Avodart.

It probably doesn't help hair, but it does help reduce aging in the body and protects it from oxygen-free radicals.

Green tea is a great anti-oxidant, helps to minimize negatieve excessive free-radicals from alcohol-use, overeating and other stuff and has also anti-cancer properties,
only topical useful against hairloss though
