Two things:
-I'm a norwood 1 - lost a bit of temple hair but soon became evident it was a mature hairline, not male pattern baldness. Not losing my hair (counting my blessings)
-Gunner's posts aren't needed in a forum like this- a site which is full of dumb kids like him paints unprofessionalism all over it. If I was the moderator, I'd want to keep my site a professional one and do what I could to prevent messages like that. (I'm no angel, but hell, what does Gunner want- when he posts garbage, he should expect it back!!!)
Nonetheless, it's a great place, I stuck around because I like it here

I do a night every first Tuesday of the month called 'Norwood' at Club Platinum in Burnley. Anyone above a Norwood 3v gets in free, and those with temporal thinning get in half price. Ladies love it. I know it's a bit of a journey for you Gunner, but I'd like to send some tickets to you, I think you'd have a ball.

So you really are here for the company. It's nice that you're making virtual (male) friends on the net, but I think if you get outside, off your computer, there are plenty of real life guys for you to meet.
You've got more than 200 posts (more than I do) on a hairloss site when you're not even suffering from male pattern baldness. While you wrote that last post, I bet some of your male friends were out getting laid....by other male friends.
Get off the finasteride so you don't have any side effects, and enjoy your sex life to the fullest.
You'll feel much better, and I bet we won't see you around as much.

Maybe the reason your on this website so much is a lack of friends due to your obnoxious nature which seems to find its way in to 90% of your posts, but hey if you want to hang around a hairloss website while suffering no noticeable loss then i guess thats your call. Gunner's post is pretty cool, but they've lost their creativity. I remember the one where he first said "Norwood Groove" and it was all about dancing in a club and just the way he we works all the jargon for the treatments into the double spaced story was cool. And every other line was something like "I felt cool. I was really funky".
They've all been the same since then though! He's got a good sense of humor but it would be nice if the stories were more varied.
Also, about this being a site for people unhappy and possibly suicidal about their hair loss who need support, I think that's beyond the charter. This site is not a support group for people endlessly whine about their hair!!! It's an educational resource for people who want to do something about their hair loss to look to for the best info, and for those with a lot of experience to discuss nuance and future treatments. Sure no one is "happy" that they are losing hair, but self loathing defeatist posts are nothing but a waste of space. People should be able to deal with it without coming to the internet to cry to a bunch of balding men in North America, Europe and Australia.
