If finasteride/minoxidil Isn't Working, What Other Options Are There? Transplant?

Hello, I've been on Finastride since December 2015. My temple hair has been gradually miniaturizing and I was hoping it would stop..

I've not had any sides, no shedding, and no slowing of my hair loss.

I'm becoming very depressed as my hair continues to thin and thin, despite also using minoxidil and Nizoral.

I just wondered if there were any alternative options out there?

I was thinking of saving up and getting a hair transplant. I'm worried if I do have this very expensive procedure to early, I'll just need more later on if my hair continues to recede.

Dutasteride, or experimentals like RU/CB/Seti

Finasteride slowed my loss as well, but my hair loss didn't halt until I added RU. Also no sides from finasteride. I was on finasteride for a year while still losing hair (albeit very, very slowly).

Try to stabilize or at least slow your loss before getting a transplant, but do some consultations with multiple hair transplant surgeons to get a better opinion. Do you have pics?
