If there is anyway that I can get hair back, I am ready to take anti androgen.
I went to skin care clinic, took herbal medicine, and went hospital get a blood test, did everything I can.

Probably, my final destination would be taking psychiatrist medication.
for example, like aldactone, or Spironolactone even diane35.

I didn't want to get married when I loose almost hair. :(

Get on finasteride and minoxidil liquid

CA/spironolactone is overkill and you will most likely get bad side effects

Finasteride is moderately effective for most. Might as well give it a shot. If you get sides quit though.

thanks for the replies. I don't mind having side effects. If side occurs, it will be on me.

Finasteride is worth it. It is the only thing that can really slow down hair loss. Sides are overblown by the internet. I am not saying they are as low as the claimed Merck 2 percent but I do think they are uncommon and it seems like everyone gets sides because the ones who get bad sides go online and warn everyone about it (you can hear this about ANY drug btw). I am on a ton of drugs that all have impotence and ED as a side effect and none of them have given me that and neither has finasteride. But there are millions more out there who aren't online who take finasteride and are fine.

Finasteride is the strongest, safest approved medication we have for hairloss, so before you start any male to female transition drugs, give the only effective FDA approved medication for hairloss a chance.

Cypro and bicalutamide are better then finasteride and dutasteride, but they lead to more sides too.

Try finasteride first. If it doesn't work go on dutasteride once a day, more if it still doesn't work.
And maybe later bicalutamide ...
Start low and soft.
Maybe it will help you recover your hair.
Good luck.

That's a good advice.
I see from your regimen you take bicalutamide end estradiol. Is it going good?

well finasteride doesnt get hair back. It slows down, and keeps existing hair. You very well might not get back any.
A lot of people that come on here are well past the stage of existing treatments helping them much. You need to be on treatments very early on not after your Norwood 6

I starting to have some regrowth ... but it's not worth it if you're sane.

Finasteride and minoxidil first. If that's not enough you can upgrade to dutasteride later. Transplants down the line if you still need more hair

Tranny regimen is for suicidal blokes out of options
