currently i am losing 30-40 hair while washing ..i seriously can't tolerate hair loss and the thought of being bald.if i shave my head and use nizoral will it control hair loss ? after shaving head there's 0 % of hair fall ..can nizoral be used as a pre-caution? will it control future hair fall?

The fact that after you shave the head, there seems to be no hair loss is just an illusion.
The hair will continue to be affected the same way, hair that sheds is already disconnected from the "root", which is in the dormant phase, it's just that being short it will be not that easy to be taken out.

yeah when my hair is short there's no hair fall ...my question was if i use ketoconazole from the start (no hair fall state) will it help in keeping that state?

i have seb derm and i guess my hair loss is connected to seb derm

More likely it's harder to notice them falling if they are short
