You lose height as you get older due to compression of your intervertebral discs with age, they tend to get thinner. It's usually max 1 inch but can be more even into your 60's. Take up a spinal stretch program, could be poor posture. Too early for bone issues.
Honestly, I really feel your pain. Like you, it's the fear of making do with lower rating girls or losing attraction - that hits me hardest. Plus summer is coming for us over here, usually that makes you notice yourself a bit more due to upcoming parties. I consider myself 7 out of 10. I have real high standards of looks so only consider anyone 9 or 10 who is genuinely model looking, I get mocked for this by my friends. Recently a girl was flirting with me, all harmless, I'd say she about 6, what annoyed me was her comment. I was teasing her and later on she goes there is a noticeable difference in our looks but she goes once she puts on the make up no one will be any the wiser. Then she added, you're not really losing your hair are you but if you do it will even it out  Now I know she was messing around but still it confirms a lot doesn't it?
Ah and my gf's sister reminding me that game of thrones is on again, more of her salivating over certain guys.
I know you don't want to discuss your hair transplant, but lets just say keep fighting! You don't want a premature end to the way you are living your life, do what it takes. I believe every person should follow their passion, live life how they want to man.

So true on being big. In fact I realised in my early 20's all most girls want is a slim firm body. Basically lowish body fat with some muscle.
Bro, I did small time modelling in my early 20' and as an under 5. Guess what? If I shave or even buzz, I look crap. My features look way too big. Shave makes everyone lose points so don't feel bad.
