What is your exact regimen and how long have you been on each?

Ok Im sorry I just get very frustrated on occassion, I have been using nizoral and propecia for three months now. I take a multi vitamin and I am about to add some sort of hair vitamin so it will grow quicker and healthier.. And possibly some folligen to promote a healthy scalp. Thanks bruce lee.....

It OK. We are here to help.

Propecia and Nizoral are a good start. If not already, I would use 1% nizoral which is much easier on the hair and only use it every third day.

Folligen shampoo is very mild and good for making your hair look better
on a day to day basis.

You really do need 6-9 months on propecia for you to know if it will really work.

And I would def add folligen spray and minoxidil to the mix.

Look at it this way, you caught this early.

Some guys are into denial until they are 30 and way bald.

It varies. I really noticed regrowth at 9 months and I was using minoxidil and nizoral at the same time.

Point is to give it some real time.
