I'm 15 And Losing Hair All Over My Head

I just got on this Site because I thought what the hell maybe I can find some salvation on here. I'm 15 and I've been steadily losing my hair since 6th grade, so since I was 12ish. I first noticed it when I was doing my hair and I could see through the front near my hairline where I spiked it up. I thought nothing of it till it got a lot worse in 7th and 8th grade where my hair is now very thin and hard to hide the fact I'm losing it. Its thinning all over the top, not in any specific place but the sides and lower back remain perfectly fine. It also grows unevenly, some hairs are a lot like longer than the others and I have no idea why. I went to my dermatologist and he didn't tell me what could be wrong but prescribed me rogaine, which I used for about 8 months and received not even a little results. I went to my regular doctor and she said it could be dietary and I may not be eating properly. I shaved my head and am currently growing it back, but I don't see it getting any better and now it's obvious that it's thin while it's growing back. I'm an athlete, and have a big appetite, so I'm not sure how I may not be getting proper nutrition when my diets have changed over the years. School is starting soon in about two weeks and I'm literally left with nowhere to turn. I need something fast and temporary while I work on long term solutions. Im using my own homemade mixture of lavender, castor, rosemary, peppermint, coconut, olive, and vitamin e oil that I put in everyday. I use an argan oil shampoo and a different conditioner. I'm considering using concealer fibers to hide it because I cannot show up to my sophomore year with a thin head of hair. I'm one of the popular kids and it sucks because sometimes I hear the comments behind my back of what people say about my hair. If need be I'll post pictures of my head. My dad has been losing his hair since late twenties but both of his brothers are completely fine and have full heads of hair. My mother is losing her hair also.
Someone pleaseeee help because this is all very depressing for me. I appreciate it.

I dont believe it's male pattern baldness, because you are only 15 lol, could be stress, diet, etc... but it's not permently, also I wouldnt suggest you to take finasteride, because of your age, but you should be fine hopefully, also did you father/mother started to losing hair early too ?

It's also definitely not stress lol I have nothing to worry about besides losing my hair and I don't think that could be the cause

what age did you start puberty? I have known kids who were developing visible bald spots at 14 so I guess its not a stretch you started losing hair at 12 if you were an early bloomer.

I'm actually not very sure because I was always pretty tall, now I'm 6 ft and still growing about an inch a year. I'm assuming I started around 11 or 12, that's when I remember I started getting voice cracks and growth spurts
