Need your opinion about my hair loss do you think i’m gonna be completely bald if I don’t do anything ?

Is being bald much worse then the point your at already? If your okay with how it is right now maybe a little worse wont bother you. Yes, its hard to imagine your male pattern baldness reversing by itself or stopping once its at a stage where its just a question of how much worse it gets.

How old? How long has it been going? Do you have any regime? I'd start with rogain, .5 ML Generic finasteride and vitamins and at least see how it looks 6 months from now.

I really don't wan to sound negative or make you feel worse, but my personal view is that if your male pattern baldness is only recession of hairline or some deeper temples, then you have a chance of remaining that way your entire life (maybe worsening slowly). But the pattern you are following I can only see the final destination as completely bald.
