I'm at a breaking point. What can a doctor do for my itch?

Okay cool. I'm not going to shampoo for the next few days.

What about just rinsing and using conditioner?

no no. Halt all topicals and shampoos for a while. If you feel like it, or things get itchy just waterinse.

We have to rule this out. Your scalp might just have had enough. There was a period while I was experiencing the same thing.

(You could give the SE a shot but that is probably too exotic. It surely took away my itch some months back)

If I don't wash my hair for 3 days the itch goes crazy. I can't imagine how this would help stop it.

USA USA USA !

:p

Anyway, I kinda think the same.. why is not washing my hair for a few days going to help?

I rinsed and only used aloe today though, on my scalp and for styling in my hair.

I am going to wash again tomorrow... I figure one day off at least, won't hurt.

btw, gourmetstylewellness.com, what sides did you get from finasteride?

Yes but you do not have the itch to begin with.

Something is irritating his scalp and to find out if it is just male pattern baldness inflammation he should rule out the rest.

I washed with H&S last night.. followed by a seperate conditioner which I left in for a few minutes.

I don't know what to do today... it's normally Nizoral day for me, but I think I will skip it and just do a water rinse then aloe for scalp and styling.

Well, today was a Nizoral day.. and I was going to skip it, but I decided to go through with it anyway.

Nizoral sat for 4 minutes, then I rinsed and conditioned.. then I did the aloe for scalp and styling.

Feeling tingly right now right on the vertex... f*****g ANNOYING!

I need some Scalpicin with Hydrocortisone I think.

Spin trap-c, little bit in a spray bottle with water every few days might help.

Yeah I used Tricomin before though.. didn't cure my itch.

I used bottle after bottle for many months.

The Spin Trap C is worth a shot though.
