Have you had your blood checks, Testosterone check and DHT checks done just in case there is something amiss there?

Hair fall in teenagers

Hello,

I can understand what are you feeling now, it is very distressing situation when some one start losing his hair at teenage.
But let me take you one thing you need not to afraid of this. It can happen because teenager's lifestyle is changing day by day.
i am telling you some solutions execute them and reply me whether any improvement happen or not.

Causes of hair loss

  • Changes in hormones
  • Dieting
  • Alopecia aerate
  • Nutritional deficiency

Solutions
· A good diet also helps in maintenance of one’s hair, in fact it forms the main basis of hair loss or growth
· Use of caffeine also assists in avoiding baldness. Caffeine stimulates hair shaft which helps its growth.
· Foods such as egg yolks, peanuts, Greek yogurt, chicken, kale, beans, tofu, turkey and lentils are recommended for this
· Avoid to use hair dryer, use mild shampoo, don’t change your shampoo again and again, and don’t use any chemical product.

You forgot about applying fresh urine on scalp every day on mornings.

I had a few kids in my high school that were roughly in the same shape as you. And a side note I kind of like Freds brutal honesty, even though he gets outta of hand , he doesn't sugar coat the truth.
