I looked in the mirror today beside a window to cause i had something in my eye. I was shocked to see my forehead is growing hairs and my eyebrows are joining my hair. lol. Obv down to the minoxidil. Is there any way to stop this. I might have to wax my forehead soon!lol

You are using too much of it and you have contamination....

Don't let it run down to your forehead.

Don't apply it on a wet scalp. It's more likely to spread on a wet scalp.

Wash your hands, change your pillow case...

I can't think of anything else....

minoxidil is strong sh*t. I better be careful with it and make sure theres no dripping. my hairline is nw1 really but i have tons of vellus popping up and a nw0 appearing. its fucked up. I guess im a good responder. I dont want my triangles joining my eyebrows. better get the tweezers out.

Anyone have increased beard growth from using minoxidil?
I'm somewhat dissappointed with my moustache.
Worth a try?

I have a question, has anyone ever used minoxidil and maintained throughout their life?

well at least to age 70+ where i guess it doesn't matter anymore...people with very mild male pattern baldness would be able to do that i assume?

There is no Norwood 0 (at least not on any scale Ive ever seen).

But good to hear it works, and yeah, just dont let it drip too much on other places besided your balding areas, wash your hands.

NW0 would be a parabola hairline that's opposite of a NW2-3, so it looks like a hill.

Also that same is happening to me. Eyebrows are shooting out new hairs even though I don't apply minoxidil in those areas.

But, don't see it like I must have perfect hair if this is happening. It is still thin, it's just that I'm responding evenly systematically rather than in my scalp first.

A hill shaped hairline, thats ugly! Better have a triangular shaped Norwood 1,5/2, for a mean, sharp look.

I too have hairs growing in my head, on kind of weird places. Just dunno if they've always been there, or its a side effect of the minoxidil.

Fact: Getting rid of hair is always easier than trying to thicken up follicles.

And it takes less time to do.

So if you have too much hair at the temples and you want to removie them, take out a tweezer or the buzzer, or laser/wax it. My experience with wax was sh1t though (used it once to remove axillary hair).

I'm having the same issue with unwanted hair growing right under my eyes/cheeks. Think I must have shaved it a couple of times because it's now growing in darker. think I might try waxing, although it will probably hurt like hell, i heard it grows in lighter each time. On the upside, my hair is doing tons loads better than it has in a loooong time!!

That's very good to read.

And if you're waxing (hopefully these are thin vellus-like hairs) you're going to want to stay away from liquid wax. It will be a bad experience, I know. Get those cold ready-to-use wax strips. I warn you.

But this is from dripping from the head or from systemic absorption?

I mean, can i start to have more body hair just because i apply 3/4ml of rogaine in my head?

Should have read this before last night! waxed it last night with hot wax which wasn't all that bad but I'm sure the cold stuff is better...

I suspect it's a bit of both.

I noticed thickening of the eyebrows as well. I don't have bushy eyebrows, so a bit of thickening is a welcome change. It helps me highlight my eyes :gay:

I see the logic, but I'd imagine the systematic absorption wouldn't have a huge effect on the body hair.

feel more safe, i don't want to have hair all over my body lol

So it's only from topical problem not systemical, right?
