Just stopped propecia and im looking for an alternative. All i want to try is one month on IH's Big 3.I dont want to use any american sites eg vitacost becuase im just trying it out and you have to pay 20 quid for postage.
Anyway i went to my local vitamin shop and came home with the following:

Green Tea Extract 1000mg Evuivalent- Turns out its only 31.3mg of actually green tea extract so thats not enough, and is a waste of money

Organic Flaxseed Oil capsules 1000mg-Apparently its actually Lignan Extract which you need so thats a waste of money as well and i cant find any site in the uk which sells the stuff

Lestrin Plant Sterols-includes 225mg of Beta sitosterol-so at least that should do the job

There must be sum1 in the uk who is on this regieme-were do you get the stuff?

Why not try Zix or Super Zix?

Because i am already using 3 topicals...

You had good experiences with it Aplunk? I think I gonna do some research on it... maybe its a potential alternative for Revivogen, i've also heard you could create a tolerance for it but i'm not sure,

No,
I've never used Zix. But I think more people should try it.

I haven't heard one complaint about it.

UK Links that maybe of use to you

For emu oil Ive use the following site:
http://www.mezza.co.uk/

Now I need some advice from someone who knows anythign about Flax Seed LIGNAN.

For us UK people I found the following TWO sites but can someone have a quick peek and see if this is the correct type of flax seed lignan that could be used to help in slowing down male pattern baldness

http://www.livingiseasy.co.uk/products/ ... BCK_Kosher)_227g/index.html

http://www.1stvitality.com/barleans/flaxoil_liquid.htm

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

My regime is emu oil, alpecin C1, Nizoral and nourkrin tablets at the mo.
Not willing to take risks taking propecia and the likes ..

Neither of those will work. Do a search in yahoo and search for just the UK and look for "linum life". I found a couple but it might be best for you to look for this stuff as you can do a better price analysis.

Not bad but the amounts are kind of weak seeing as the amount listed on the back is the amount you get by taking three capsules. Plus it overlaps some of the top three you are already taking. I would better spend the money on ALA/ALC and Biotin but take the ALA/ALC at a lower dose if you need to be thrifty.
