Some of us could look like that now if we went all out with aggressive hair transplants, only problem is it wouldn't leave a lot of wiggle room in the future for when hair loss progresses.

Hair transplants never give that density and natural look, especially in the temple point area. I may get a SMP underneath my hair transplant to give an illusion of top density.

George Clooney many have hairs but hey this guy is 55 and looks like a 70 years old guy.

I don't know, I think a hair transplant could get you density like that Clooney pic at least. In a single pass most don't go over 50 FU per CM 2 put you can go a little higher, maybe 60 or even 70 in a second pass depending on natural density, hair calibre and surgeon skill.

Cloney has deep forehead lines and crows feet with under eye bags forming, no question. But this is entirely appropriate for age 55. Look at Depp, often considered ageless, but now he has these features too. If you don't, at age 55, then it's very odd. Unless you're black.
His cheeks look fine, nose too, his chin isn't sagging yet, you can tell even through the beard.

"Aging" has a lot less to do with "genes" than people think it does. As much as 90% of what we call "aging" is just the sun kicking the sh*t out of you.

Yeah, radicals from smoking and diet too, stress doesn't help. Sun is the biggest one for non smokers though.

Yeah some will go up as far as 60 even, 50-55 is about normal though. The higher the density, the lower the yield, 50-55 is deemed the best balance between density and graft survival. You could probably graft 100 FU per cm2 but it would be very wasteful. You could also go under 40 and get a great yield but the density might be insufficient.

people are assuming someone like clooney would have gone from a nw7 to this though. Im saying I wonder how many may have had touch up work with hair transplants and use other treatments. Prob other types we dont even know about. Money can get you some experimental stuff if you want to look for it.
Perhaps Clooney (or the rest) had some diffusion he just needed to fill in. Except maybe Colin, thats guys hair is god like it seems. Im betting Pierce had some hair work done.

Looking at those guys just reminds me how important temple points are... Asked to get mine done before my hair transplant and my surgeon agreed but then forgot to do it :/
