I've used them several times in the past and believe it to be a trustworthy site. Only once had a problem, when a package didn't arrive, and one simple e-mail to them got me a replacement.

I would recommend buying from a reputable retail store instead of online. I was over at Hair Loss Help, and there was a person there who got scammed. you need to make sure you're getting what you need!!! It's expensive, but if you're this worried about your hair, just buy it!!!
