If you guys are getting laid regularly why are you still rotting here 24/7?
This is true and you know what they say...

If you constantly talk about getting laid... it ain't happening.

I'm not getting laid. I've lived the last few years in the grey zone between incel and volcel. aka standardcel. Ie. I can get women but only the ones I don't want.

Just got hair surgery (forehead reduction) to try to improve my market value. Waiting another month for it to finish healing then I'll try again. Then probably onto jaw surgery for adding further value.

It's a competitive world out there and with the obesity epidemic what it is, if you want a thin girl you have to be very high value as a man. That's been my impression at least.

You preop or post op? How many units you getting? Nervous/excited?

The thing with transplants is you never really know what you're gonna get until 6 months later. That must be excruciating.

I might need some single grafts down the line to camouflage my hairline scar.

It's amazing isnt it, all a girl has to do to attract top 20% males is .... not be fat.
Hobbies, job, clothes, living in parents basement, friends or not, all irrelevant.

Oh 100%. People in the 70s when everyone was thin didn't know how good they had it.

Obesity rates:

Probably <20% of girls my age are an attractive weight.

And as a man you don't get points for being basically fit and healthy. You need to be some combination of tall, big boned, or hypermuscular to score points in that domain.

No, life most definitely isn't fair and certainly it is not fair to men.

In 2018 most of us must choose between being chubby chasers or volcels.

No, as I said, life most definitely isn't fair and certainly it is not fair to men.

I don't trust CDC obesity rate. What they did was basically change the definition of obesity, so people who would not be classified as obese are now called obese. AFAIR, the average weight gain per person compared to 70s has been between 10--15 pounds, which isnt much. And part of it accounted for by the higher average age (people are living longer), and changes in racial composition (hispanics, blacks tend to have higher weight).

As far as I know it's a pretty well documented global phenomenon. I added a global map. Should be based on BMI>30,

I just know I encounter very few women who aren't fat at this point unless they're teenagers or in their 20s. Even in their 20s most girls look at least a bit chubby.

Whereas in the 70s pretty much everyone was thin.

Adding 15 lb of fat to a woman can be the difference between hot and "meh" or average and "gross".

I cannot be attracted to fat girls. It's a huge problem for me. If I was blackg I would have zero problems in life. I'd be balls deep in a different pile of amorphous cellulite every day. lol

My experience in Europe was different. Lots of decent weight women who were not in their 20s.

The clinic buzzes it on consultation day to analyze things which was Friday, procedure on Monday.

It will be a garbage 2 months or so after the procedure. At least I have a decent hairline from the first round this time though.

I want to buzz it or cut it shorter to really see how my horseshape pattern looks like and to see if when I start the dutasteride treatment works, but I just cant do it, too scared, I couldnt be able to leave my house again.

I think that was always going to be a good idea in your case. Id probably look into konior, aside from the fact he’s one of the best hairline surgeons in the world he does forehead reduction surgery himself so has experience in dealing with the issue.

Preop, another 3000 grafts (1500 crown, 1500 frontal third with hairline work) after 3000 in my first procedure. First procedure no nerves at all because I was a 22 year old diffused NW3V with nothing to lose, this time round I want to put the issue to bed so am definitely feeling the nerves. I’d assume I’m in a good place physiologically at least because the growth last time turned out very well but of course there are so many issues at play to worry about.

If you have even mildly visible diffusing like I do with long hair then I wouldn’t do it. I get away with a full head of hair with 3 months growth on top, at up to 2 months I virtually look like a full blown NW5. The curiosity isn’t worth it.

So why didn't you tell them to not buzz it? nowadays they can do surgery with longer hair.

Asmed only do up to 1000 a day if you want to do the surgery without any shaving of the recipient or donor and the price is higher, they do shaving only in the donor also for a higher price.

Buzzing it makes it easier to place grafts, extract and analyze the situation. It’s a better way to do things even if it sucks.

I have been reading about this since it happened and I finally found an article that deals with it in a way I consider thoughtful.

Most of the articles just go on and on about "misogyny" and offer nothing in terms of solutions for the direction society is going or how rampant this problem is becoming. The fact that "Chads and Staceys" and redpill ideology has pervaded every website (including this one) shows how far reaching it has become in our society. And generally, when something spreads this easily and massively it's probably because there's actually some truth to it.

Here are some basic facts that can't be overlooked:

- Men who are heavily rejected by women tend to get almost universally rejected (whether for looks or autism).
- Men who do well with women have enormous amounts of choice and sexual options (eg. Tinder).
- Online dating has amplified this polarization.
- Sex and relationships are important parts of maintaining a healthy mind. eg. Loneliness leads to premature death, incels go on murder sprees.
- You cannot mandate women date men they find unattractive.
- Some men will thus likely always be at the bottom of the heap and left largely "undatable".

If you acknowledge those basic points as true, then there are only a few measures which seem to make sense for dealing with this problem. You can try to mandate all incels get counselling to "cope" with their loneliness, but this is circuitous at best and likely wasteful. It won't fix the problem. eg. I could have gone to a thousand therapists about my giant forehead but the only thing that was going to change how I felt was getting it surgically corrected.

So this leaves:

- Make prostitution legal.
- Destigmatize prostitution by treating it as an act of compassion and not male dominance/abuse.

The article reviews it in more detail and very well. I am happy to see at least ONE voice that is attempting to deal with this in a mature way that doesn't try to brush it under the carpet but rather deal with it at its root.

https://www.thestranger.com/slog/20...l-deprivation-sex-workers-incels-and-violence

Adults who do sex work of their own free will shouldn’t be stigmatized (or treated like criminals) and adults who hire adults doing sex work of their own free will shouldn’t be stigmatized (or treated like criminals). The former cultural transformation will solve the “incel” problem; the latter will solve the problem of sexual deprivation, i.e. involuntary celibacy.

We are capable of recognizing the legitimacy of sex work—even the moral good of sex work—in certain cases. We see compassion, tenderness, and necessity in some commercial sex transactions. We recognize, for instance, the importance of touch and sexual release for the profoundly physically disabled. So when a mother hires a sex worker to meet the sexual needs of her profoundly disabled son, newspapers publish stories with headlines like “The sex workers giving disabled people a chance to live out their dreams”.

There are people who are so profoundly physically disabled that their chances of finding sex and/or romance the way the most people do—dating apps, social circles, chance meetings in bars and clubs or other venues—are slim to impossible. We see our way clear to allowing them to seek physical comfort and sexual release in the arms/between the legs of sex workers. Hollywood makes films that portray disabled people buying sex in a sympathetic light.

Well, there are men out there who are so profoundly socially disabled—so socially awkward or maladapted or damaged—that they just as incapable of finding finding sex and/or romance through “normal” channels as a quadriplegic confined to a bed in his mother’s home.

These are the guys who find their way to hateful, misogynistic online incel forums.

Stigmatizing men who pay for sex as losers and running emasculating PSA campaigns ("Real Men Don't Buy Girls ," “Cool Men Don’t Buy Sex”) makes it harder for men who may be profoundly socially disabled to access the sex they can actually have—paid sex—without feeling worse about themselves than they already did.

I really have no idea what outlawing prostitution is meant to accomplish. But I do know what legalizing it would be intended to accomplish. It's either that or sex robots, and the tech for that is nowhere near ready.

Good post.

The thing is that, it really amplified the Pareto distribution 80/20. 20% of men acquiring 80% of women. You then got cucks marrying women once her youth is squandered and Chad's stop coming.

I don't think these guys need to be as dark. E.R. Could get girls if not for being a psycho. The media loves to permeate the MSG of 'toxic masculinity' rather than pointing to its cause. What percentage of the men are in single mom house holds with absent fathers? It does not dispute a psychos actions but, these questions need asking without the cry of 'misogyny' which IS NOT A ARGUMENT!

There's a theme and it goes something like this. Run through Chads when young and hot. When she gets the baby rabies, it's now about suckering in some cuck/beta.

Let's be serious now. What is the promotion of anti sl*t and anti fat shaming? It's mitigation of declining sexual market value. Tinder bios reek of 'proud single mom' as though this is a good thing. Divorce is above 50%. Don't get me started on stats based upon gender. And yet, cucks continue to March to their doom like lambs to the slaughter regardless of her extensive sexual experience. Betas and cucks are marrying women who in their youth would never give the time a day. Men are raising Chad's baby.

There's no doubt a issue with masculinity and a great portion of men. I cannot dispute it. I am saying, the single mom welfare state is a huge problem as is the case for men marrying women after her reign of terror is over. Divorce isn't due to infidelity or abuse. It's due to female entitlement. Men are disposable and women are special snowflakes.

IMHO, I think it is a good idea to date on the younger side of twenty. If a man is going to marry, it's women who were committed during her best years. Not only baby rabies. Not because Chads aren't calling anymore.

I am 30. I started seeing a girl on the early side of twenty. I recently stoped seeing another girl. I am pursuing more quite actively. I am noticing women even on the later side of 20 still in their party phase. Still chasing Chads. I foresee a crash coming. A huge spike in mental health.

It's sad because if your eyes are open, you see a mess, and if male, you are supposed to go along blind. I don't give a f*** what society pushes. The girl who pisses away her youth is not getting the ring. I am not raising some other man's baby. I won't allocate resources to a girl who has a history STDs and abortions. I could give a f*** at any attempt to be shamed into following the beaten path or being a cucks. I know my true North. There's too many get out of jail free cards. Women can always fallback to betas and cucks. If all else fails, she can resort to welfare. I saw a podcast which pretty much depicts the welfare state accounts for the single mom population. So, our resources are being allocated. There is no way to combat this without being attacked, shamed, fired etc.

Personally, I pursue young. I combat the following by not dating single moms. I spam approach. I pursue. But I have to say, it's pretty easy to f*** up. Despite the abundance in dating sites and apps, the complexity is cascading. It's not stream lined nor any easier. Opportunities are in abundance pending your status on the dominance hierarchy.

Obviously, play the best hand you can with the cards you are dealt.

Agreed but, IMHO, the biggest game changer is Time.

Biological clock, fertility, crows feet, baby rabies, etc is usually the biggest reality check for women. Coupled with the fact that, single mom households are breeding grounds for beta makes, cucks, and more single moms, it just seems to be cyclical.

"As OK Cupid has demonstrated, women rate 80 percent of men below average."

http://drhelen.blogspot.com.br/2011/06/vox-at-alpha-game-dont-listen-to-female.html?m=1

It's rather ironic. The way it's suggested that men are so superficial about what women look like and then there is reality.

It's important to see the world for how it is and not the delusions you wish for.

My eyes are open. I think if more men stopped marrying w****s and raising Chads babies, it would flip the game on its head. I don't know what the solution is but, I think youth is a key. Date on the younger side of twenty. Alternatively, Netflix and chill. Just no raw dawg warrior. Just begging to throw away resources for the next 18yrs lol

Wow! That's a lot of grafts total. I don't blame you for the nerves. Keep in mind you have some good things on your side - you are young, have a healthy lifestyle, have researched a good surgeon you can trust, healed well last time, and are stable on good meds. All that should be predictive of success. Hopefully this should be your last procedure and then you are done for good.

If you want to try to push for a higher chance of graft success, you could always consider cranking up your finasteride dose temporarily for the 3-6 months post op or switching to dutasteride temorarily. A bit more scalp DHT suppression could give the follicles a bit healthier of an environment to grow in.

Scalp response to higher dose of finasteride is given by:

"Scalp skin DHT levels declined significantly by 13.0% with placebo and by 14.9%, 61.6%, 56. 5%, 64.1%, and 69.4% with 0.01, 0.05, 0.2, 1, and 5 mg doses of finasteride, respectively"
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/10495374/

Therefore if you went from 0.25 mg to 5 mg finasteride per day that would represent going from ~56.5% to 69% scalp DHT suppression. Dutasteride would crank it up higher. Either approach could offer significant benefits.

I've been taking 5 mg finasteride a day for a month as I can't apply my topicals as frequently and 1.25 mg per day wasn't enough for me a few years ago. It's been tolerable. Dick still works fine. I still think people overhype the risk of these meds. I wouldn't want to do this forever, but personally, I'd rather even be temporarily neutered and get good healing and results than be too "loose" about it and get a bad outcome. Zero shock loss or shedding for me despite a massive scalp procedure. I'm sure the aggressive treatment plays a role.

Thanks for the surgeon recommendation. I met Rahal before my surgery to discuss a potential scar camouflage procedure down the road, and I really didn't get a good feel for the guy. I honestly didn't get the sense he gave a sh*t, and he was trying to get me to do as many grafts as possible to maximize his income.

How do you plan to care for the donor/recipient sites after surgery? I have researched scarring/healing extensively and one I thing I think may be very important from everything I've read to minimize scarring is keeping the area moist. The best proven agent for this seems to be Aquaphor, which is superior to antibiotic ointments for healing. Here is a study showing Aquaphor leads to better healing than Polysporin or Neosporin.

My surgeon suggested although he uses Polysporin or another antibiotic ointment for the first 1-3 days with any surgery, after that he would recommend switching to Aquaphor for any incisions in general and the study seems to back this. It's due to the idea that antibiotic ointments can actually be directly irritating to healing skin from the antibiotics. Moist environments prevent scabbing/crusting which interfere with natural healing. He doesn't do transplants specifically though.

I'm not sure what protocol they suggest for transplants. I've seen differing opinions. Here I see recommendations for aquaphor again to minimize crusting/scarring. I imagine caring for the grafts in the first few days is one of the hardest things to do, since you need to keep them from crusting but also don't want to damage them, and there doesn't seem to be a perfect consensus on how to do that.
