I really want to get to the bottom of the red pimple like spots I get on my scalp usually the male pattern baldness areas! Has anyone got the answer to what they are? I's it a scalp issue, is it demodex crawling around? Just inflammation that's causing them. I no how important a nice clean scalp with little to no inflammation is. I've personally have been doing the detumense therapy massages and have definitely noticed a difference just in overall feel and loseness. If anyone has any has any tips or ideas on this subject please let loose :) thank you

How many would you get in an area? mine usually will be one and maybe take 5-7 days to go sometimes better sometimes worse. Thanks for your response would be good to keep this thread talking about more cases and what has helped or some reasoning as well as a disruption on inflammation. It's definitely an interesting area to do with male pattern baldness as when your scalp feels good there's just one less thing that can worry you mentally/physically

Any idea on what's causing the inflammation. I get these on my scalp, and coupled with my acne and back/arm/chest-acne makes me believe I have some type of systematic inflammation. And a sensitive digestive system.

I get it too. They come with my dandruff, but both really only come when I'm stressed out.

Have you tried an anti infammotory style diet? I started a couple of weeks ago! Hard to commit to but I think the benefits would show in the long run

Keto. Shampoo. Use it everyday for a couple of weeks. If it clears, then you know what you're dealing with. Also, keep your hands off of your scalp. You spread it that way.

For me it is to decrease the intake of carbs. If i eat too much carbs i get red rashes all over my face. Also coconut oil helps, in fact it also helped with the itch from minoxidil. Some people also have excluded diary from their diet.
