Inhouse Pharmacy delivery problems

Ive used the above numerous times in the past and have always received my order in around 7 days or so.
its now been 2 weeks and no sign of my current order. now i checked there site's faq page and it says it could well have been held up by customs, i cannot contact the site untill it has been 21 days so im a little frustrated at present.
has this ever happened to anyone before, and if so what happens? will i not receive my order now? has it been confiscated? any advice would be appreciated.

Mine got held up by customs, took over 2 weeks the postie tried to deliver and get a signed signature but i wernt in at the time. went to the postoffice depo 24 hours later , signed for mypackage then as soon as i got in the car, i turned the package over and there was a sticker from the custom people with the price. 8quid customs fee and plus 8quid for Royal mails new fee = £16 :O but lucky for me the woman at the counter didnt realise. so didnt have to pay for anything

I hope i don'y get a bill sent out to me later.

fees???? fee's for what?? thats crazy. lucky you geting away with it
