Thats the second of three phases of trials. Usually an indication that gets past phase two with good results gets passed. Not always. After phase 3 trials, there is a ten month FDA review period before approval. The 2010-2011 release date would be about right if trials go well in phase 2 and 3. Keep your fingers crossed. Read the article, and pull for ICX.

Im glad Dr. Kemp is facing a little recession himself, we have a Doctor on our side here. He'll wanna make this work if even for just himself. : )
