Internet, forums and "depression"
hi everyone, just wanted to share some thoughts before quitting this forum
I'm going through a minor depression caused by my early receding hairline.
Over the weeks i've been reading a lot on the internet, different forums, reading other peoples stories, trying to find cures for male pattern baldness etc. etc.
I recently found that the more time i spend surfing the internet and reading into stuff/worrying about my hairloss- the more depressed i got.
I think that the healthiest thing, for me atleast, and maybe also for other people, is to STAY AWAY from seeking support and information on the internet. Seek support from people you know and love/like instead. Someone you can speak with face to face.
My "advice" to anyone who suffers male pattern baldness (almost every male on this planet, the curse of being a boy
) is to live life step by step and surround yourselves with people who appreciate/accept you and your balding head instead of "wasting" time searching the internet. Buy some nice fashion cloths, some cool glasses which fit your balding head, and develop a great hoppy, and a nice persona instead of letting your balding head let you down. Just my own experience, i thought i would share it with you guys. Feel free to ignore me if you dont agree
well bye bye,
