Is 10% minoxidil worth it ??

I've been using minoxidil for a few years and it's not really had the results id hoped, I'm in the situation where I don't know if it's helping or not I don't wanna keep spending all this money every three months for something that's not working and want to know will switching to 10% help improve my hair? I read the results of minoxidil wear off after a few years and you need to get on something stronger. I know minoxidil over 5 percent is pantented by the money theiving bel****** centre so it's difficult for another company to make it but does anyone out there use 10% and where do you find a product that is legitimate , and is it worth the switch ???? Thanks

There are a few companies that make minoxidil over 5% but as far as I know there is no proof that it works any better, for best results you really need to add an anti androgen

Have you tried finasteride? I've read on here that the two in conjunction work better than on their own

yes ive been on finasteride for the last 8 months and still haven't seen an improvement, just a worsening thinning front, that's why I feel I may need stronger treatment before its all too late...

I read that in long terms 2% minoxidil achieves almost the same results as 5% minoxidil does. So I guess with 10% the results wont be better either
