Is Dr Lee's standard 5% minoxidil greasy?

Foam dries in a minute

Dr Lees standard dries in about 10 minutes

Standard Minoxidil dries in hours

Dr Lees PPG, from what I have read here dries slower than standard minoxidil.

What exactly is the reason for lee's to dry much faster? More alcohol? Does this also mean that more minoxidil gets into your system?

Not even close. It slows it down.
