IS it bad to drink on finasteride?

i drink quite often and i guess i totally forgot to ask my doctor and you guys - is it bad to drink alchohol while on finasteride? i been drinking and so far havnt noticed any problems....will drinking while on finasteride hinder my hair regrowth? will i stop drinking even if it does? LOL

In general drinking alcohol while on medication is usually frowned upon, but you should be fine if you only drink socially, and in moderation.

The main reason you don't want to drink being on tablet medication is heavy pressure on your liver. But doses of finasteride is just too small to affect your liver, so it doesn't matter.
But, i've read somewhere, that being on finasteride make you kinda resistant to get drunk. I don't drink myself, so i can't approve=)
