You'll be bald in 2 years. Your even thinning at the temple points, a sign of aggressive male pattern baldness.

Pull back your hair I can't see ****.

Does look like male pattern baldness, but it would help to diagnose you if you put up a picture with your hair pulled back.

Looks like it. Especially given your age, I would start a regiment now to keep what you have

Listen to the others. Jump on finasteride now so you can keep what you have (which is still pretty good) and avoid further recession and miniaturization.

ok but what about side effects

Everyone reacts differently to finasteride. I for one had a horrible experience at the beginning, had terrible ball pains, felt distracted for a while or as some call it had the "brain fog", watery jizz and even had a rare case of anemia ending up on the hospital because of finasteride. It it wasn't because I responded fast to everything by treating the anemia, taking zinc supplements, having a great diet and exercise a lot I would probably be sick still. However, I remain consistent and played a bit with the doses and now I have almost a year taking finasteride with no sides whatsoever to this date.

I won't lie to you and tell you e
verything was perfectly fine with me but now my body adjusted to finasteride and I feel better than I have ever felt. Some people like me have it bad and others like a cousin of mine never experience any sort of sides and get splendid results. In the end is a matter of how you really want your hair and how much you are willing to give for it. Honestly, I went and sacrificed my own physical health for my mental well being and I don't regret nothing.

thanks for input

is there a chance my hairline to be this way naturally or all of you guys see full blown male pattern baldness going on here ?

From pictures I can see the following:

- on some pics that "patch" at the temples is present lol

- father had hair when he was 35, just receded backwards a bit

- same with grandfather ( father line)

- grandfather of mother line ( hair receding at 70 )

I don't think it looks too bad, man. Hair loss hits everyone differently. I probably had about as much hair as you when I was 18, I am 25 now and it has at least taken a hiatus from falling back. The thinning on the crown is what scares me, but as many users have suggested, now may be the best time. At least you can hold on to what you've got!

In my "re-adjustment" period I took 0.5 mg in the morning/0.5 mg before going to bed eod (for at least month) then did the same every day for half a month before going back to popping 1 mg a day.

You're balding, man. Don't know how we can make it any clearer to you. Get on finasteride and risk the sides or lose it all. Your choice.
