Is It Stupid To Take Finasteride While Already Having Mild Gynecomastia?

Im 21 and im losing my hair and i want to take finasteride, but i already have mild gynecomastia and dont know if that would be a good idea. Its pretty mild now and it just makes my nipples look a little more puffier than they should. Hitting the gym has definitely helped but they will never go away. I wanted to know if someone with mild gyno is at a higher risk of worsening it than say someone who doesnt have it. Do you think i should take finasteride?

I would use it topically and see how you do? More doctors are recommending topical finasteride for those concerned about systemic side effects.

Get bloods done to see where your current estrogen level is at. If its naturally high (which it probably is if you have gyno) then by taking finasteride your estrogen will go up 15 ish % so yes your gyno would likley get worse.
