No one can say for sure if a product will or wont work for you. It is 1 of only 3 FDA approved products for mail pattern baldness. The huge price is a turn off but if minoxidil and finasteride arent doing everything that you've hoped for your hair I would say it's worth a shot. I think hairmax has some kind of a price plain to make it more affordable. But I would try minoxidil and finasteride first if you havent already. (the other 2 FDA approved male pattern baldness products)

Bought one and have used it for about 1 year.

Can't say I've seen any improvement.

The problem with losing your hair is you really don't know what your hair would look like if you weren't using the product. Maybe it could be worse.

All I can say is my baldspot is PISSING ME OFF and it's time to start using the chemicals!

i wouldn't
i mean it's comb with 5 or 9 laser diodes which cost like a couple of quid each (5mw and 650 nm)
but the thing is i have found a website that says that if you wanna go down the laser therapy route that a comb just won't have enough power

and i question the reason it HAS to be lasers i mean a laser is a beam of light so what is so special about light that is undiffused, why can't standard light do the job :dunno:

the standard laser comb/brushes only give you anywhere from about 1/20th to 1/10th of the power you need! I’ve seen calculations that you need to use a HairMax for 400 minutes to get the proper dosage!!! ...And the average dose a user would get from a normal, average usage period is about 1/2 a joule.
