Pretty much title guys. What do you guys think, am I going bald on the crown? I always had a cowlick, just wondering if this sh*t advanced into going bald. My frontal hairline got checked and am not receding yet, just wondering hows it from the back. Gonna post a bunch of pictures in different lights, my hair is not washed and I did not take a haircut in a while. Thanks for your opinions.

In order for myself and any other random person on this forum to make an educated guess as to whether or not the sliver of scalp that is visible is evidence of male pattern baldness, we would need to see a baseline picture from when you definitely weren't losing your hair to compare these pictures to.

But even then, it would still just be a guess. Visit a dermatologist and set your worries to rest one way or the other.

*For what it's worth, your pictures look very "normal" to me.

Do all dermatologist also treat hair? I was googling some of them lately and most of them only were advertising about skin issues. How much does it usualy cost to test my hair? I am from Europe. Thank you for your reply

It depends on the doctor, I would imagine. You can always call their office and ask if hair loss is something they work with.

I can't speak for Europe, because I have no idea, but in the U.S I spent about $100 for a visit to the doctor and to get a prescription for finasteride. I never went to the doctor originally to find out if I was losing my hair; by the time I noticed, it was very obvious and hardly required a microscope or a doctor to conclude that my hair was on its way out the door.
