Is my hair thinning or do I have something like DUPA pls help

Hey I’m a male and 18yrs old and I’ve been suspecting my hair has been thinning for maybe six months but I don’t know and it seems to be only the sides of my head the top of my head doesn’t seem that bad at all I also went to the doctors and she said “ that it was just the way the light hit my hair” any opinions help or not will be muchly appreciated I also don’t really shed like at all

Yeah same here. We all are messed up. I have thick hair now its thinning very aggressively
