Get some Head & Shoulders, 'Dry Scalp Care' formula, or 'Sensitive Care' formula.

Use it daily like a regular shampoo.

Use Nizoral 2x weekly, Monday & Friday are good days. Let Nizoral sit for 3 - 5 minutes before rinsing.

I use Nioxin as well. I love this stuff. The overall quality of my hair has increased dramatically since using this stuff. I had run out about a month or two ago, and just started using the regular shampoo that was in my shower. I immediately noticed a decline in my hairs overall health.

I'm not sure what to tell you about your dry scalp. I haven't had that problem (knock on wood). But stick w/ the Nioxin if you've just started. It's good stuff.

I'm not really familiar with Nioxin. Can Anyone throw down a testimonial? Is it a shampoo? What's its function?

Its a tea-tree based shampoo/conditioner. Nexus makes one also, I forget the name. It has anti-itch and anti-inflamitory properties. It also smells nice.

Besides that, its just a high quality shampoo. I use it, keeps the itch at bay. When I run out, I sometimes get Nano instead, does about the same thing.

Head & Shoulders 'Dry Scalp Care' formula 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner..

or their 'Sensitive Care' formula.

Both are good.

Use daily, and rotate your nizoral in about 2x weekly.
