terrible advice!
this route would open up many people to buying into useless scams for months on end before realising the stuff does nothing.
The only way to be sure is reaserch the product, get feedback from know users (not a bunch of made up users on a fake forum) and look at the science)

Saw Palmetto has been show to reduce DHT in the prostate not in circulating blood.
Procerin in a scam.
