i do believe you are experiencing the 'placebo effect'.

Unlikely. Seeing new hairs grow is tangible proof. Something like experiencing relief from back pain because you think a new pill works is intangible. I tried using minoxidil a few years back and didn't see any regrowth whatsoever. Yet I was more expectant that minoxidil would work for me.

I'm naturally a sceptical person. And I have to take somewhat seriously what you all say about Procerin. But likewise I can't ignore the proof on my head.

Well all I can say is that there is nothing in Procerin's ingredients that have been proven in any way at all thicken, regrow hair or block DHT or androgens.

dopple, can you post pictures. any clinical studies? if the answer is no, then i will pass it as a spam.

I've been taking the stuff for 16 weeks. If it continues to work I will certainly post pics when I've grown a sizeable amount of hair. I am a NW6 after all.

Why wait? You have gone to the extent of actually saying that it is *growing back your hair*. If that is an accurate description of what is going on, and you are actually seeing noticeable changes, then a photo right now should force these guys into saying the same words you are saying.

If on the other hand you are kind of exagerrating a little bit, or a lot, then it would be important to modify your phrasing. I think the phrasing is what is throwing everyone off here. Accuracy is extremely important because "growing back my hair" means something very specific to the guys here.

That phrase is something that you can take a picture of.

If you include enough agitating ingredients you can agitate follicles into temporary, peach fuzzy short term growth. Dr. Proctor has acknowledged this many times for us.

The true test of a hair loss treatment is not 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 months of time. Many things can agitate hair growth in the short term. This is one reason Nioxin has a lot of followers.

The treatments that gain scientific approval and serious claims to hair growth are the ones that stand the test of time, and grow solid, full length fully pigmented hairs. That is the key. Peach fuzz can be brought about by a million things. 1 year is the minimum amount of time for the treatment to be worth anything.

Hair grown by agitation / circulation methods is usually very short lived and very weak in nature. It might last you a few months and then fall out. It may never fall out. But I have yet to see even one set of verifiable photos of someone who grew a ...

*Cosmetically Acceptable* ...

.. amount of hair with any of these other products that contain nothing but vitamins and herbs.

Lets see some pics.

If I had come here first I ... may have missed out on a treatment that works, for me.
If you had come here first, you would be on the most potent, scientifically backed (versus "i think i heard saw palmetto has some backing to it right?") treatments on this planet, and well on your way to the best possible results you could ever see.

Can I get an Amen.

I was convinced all hair loss products were scams and nothing could be done. I finally tried generic Minoxidil when the price finally fell to the " you can't lose much range". I experienced very modest growth, then I found gourmetstylewellness.com and other similar forums. Now you can see the list of products in my program and the big three are at its backbone. They will remain so. While other approaches may have efficacy, they are still called the BIG 3 for a reason.

By the way, I have had cosmetically pleasing growth and hair that you can pull on (about 2 cms) in areas that were previously slick. I took Saw Palmetto and its supercharged brother Betasisterol, not for hair growth but for other reasons for over a year. I saw absolutely no hair growth.

I wish you well and I really hope you grow enough hair to look like Sasquatch, but I doubt it.

Sasquatch

n : large hairy humanoid creature said to live in wilderness areas of the United States and Canada [syn: Bigfoot, Sasquatch]
