Is There A Way To Determine How Aggressive One's Androgenetic Alopecia Is?

Apart from doing nothing and waiting one year in order to compare the new hair situation with the former one, is there a way to determine how aggressive your Androgenetic Alopecia is? Could it be looking at your father's hair loss speed ? For instance my father started receding at 22 and was a NW3 at 28. Furthermore, if I have no shedding, does it mean that my Androgenetic Alopecia is slowing down and is not aggressive?

Apparently, some factors may give a first impression of how aggressive one's Androgenetic Alopecia is: amount of body hair, speed of beard growth and age (younger age is correlated to more aggressive Androgenetic Alopecia). Can somebody with some experience confirm this theory?

If you lose all your hair in 5 years it's very aggressive.
If you lose it all in 10 it's agressive
If you lose it all in 15 it's moderate
If you lose it all in 20 it's mild
If you lose it all in 25 it's minor
If you lose it all in 30 then what the f*** are you worrying about?

Well, that's not how I'm willing to find out how aggressive my male pattern baldness is

Man stop coming with that body hair and beard theory, there is no truth to it and simply way to many men around the world that kills this theory.

I' m not advocating this theory, I just say that it could be a possibility. That's why I expressively encouraged people to confirm if this is true according to their experience

I have very little body hair and my beard grows slow yet I'm sitting here at 20 with a NW2.2

Thinning and recession of hairline, shedding of hair alone could be Telogen Effluvium which is caused by other factors such as stress or lack of iron

There’s absolutely no predictive way. I started balding at 16 and at 22, now, I still have the appearance of age appropriate hair. 16 years old and I was balding. You would logically assume that I would have massive hair loss at 22, yet I don’t. The disclaimer in my situation is I began treatments at 19. Nonetheless, there is 0 way to predict your hair loss rate or even its shape or symmetry

I always thought it was the age you start at that determines how bad it is. The sooner you start, the more aggressive it's going to be.

Nope. Some people can start balding in their 30s and be bald before 40. My dad started balding in his early 20s but now he's 51 with Norwood 2.5. Its a game of pure chance really, I started balding at 14 and now I'm almost 21 with hair just past a Norwood 2. male pattern baldness is fucked

Hairline started going back when I was 15. Still a NW2 at 25 when I started finasteride.

I found a photo of my father when he was 28 and he was a NW3. Just wondering, if I become a NW3 in 10 years and considering that I'm a Norwood 1.5 at 18, then my male pattern baldness shouldn't be too aggressive , should it? My mother's father started balding at 30-40 (lucky guy), so why should genetics be so cruel with me and give me an aggressive male pattern baldness?

When did your father start balding and how aggressive was his male pattern baldness? Just curious
