Is it a bald spot? (pics) taking Propecia, Avodart, spironolactone, Nizoral, and Rogaine

I have taken a very aggressive approach to my bald spot.

I am 25 and I currently take Propecia 1mg, Avodart .5mg, Rogaine Foam 2x a day, Nizoral 2% once every week, and 200mg Spironolactone daily. The Nizoral is irritating so I sometimes go two weeks without using even though I'd like to use it more often. I also take Viviscal 2x a day, but I think it's bull****. I have been rendered almost impotent by this regimen in case anyone is curious.

I am not sure if what I am seeing as a bald spot is actually due to the length of my hair and it bunching together. Any opinions on whether this a genuine bald spot or not would be appreciated. Any ideas on what else I can use for treatment are also welcome.

You're right that doctors won't prescribe this regimen. I had to get separate scripts from two different doctors for the Propecia and Avodart. I tried to get spironolactone from two different doctors as well, but both refused. I had to order online. I actually asked three doctors so far about the spot itself, and none of them was able to give me a firm diagnosis. All of them said it could be a spot or it could just be my hair. I got a ton of bottles of nizoral 2% when I visited Canada.

Well, you said so yourself.. You're "not sure if what [you're] seeing as a bald spot is actually [just] due to the length of [your] hair and it bunching together." So why not try to get a haircut first, either a butch cut or a caesar cut. Actually, any short haircut will do. That way you'll be able to actually see if it's a bald spot or not; no bunched-together hair in the way. Because if it is not really a bald spot, you taking all those drugs can't be good for you man.. If it is indeed a bald spot, at least you'll know for certain that it is, and you won't have to wonder anymore if "it is, or isn't," you know what I mean? You might just be stressing yourself over nothing.

As for the photos: In the 1st photo, your hair looks fine to me. In the 2nd one, yes, it kinda does look like you have a bald spot...however, that could just be due to the harsh camera flash ( and the
contrast: your jet-black hair against your light scalp). What does the "spot" feel like? Is it smooth? Because if it is, then maybe it really is a bald spot. But like I said, the best way to really tell is if you go get yourself a haircut.
