Is This Hairloss Or Am I Being Paranoid?

First of all, Im 27 and Ive always had very very fine hair, Its extremely "light" so to speak, not heavy at all. On my mothers side, all the men have full head of hair. My father went bald very early tho.

Lately Ive gotten more self consious about balding, I didnt even read about such stuff before but since I started reading about it Im paranoid Im going bald.

My hairline is naturally high and it hasnt moved since I was like 13 or something.

This is how my hair looks straight under heavy lightning, keep in mind I also took a few pictures of the "side" of my head to show how easy ones see my scalp as soon as I separate the hair with my hands.

I had washed my hair before this and then let it dry naturally.

These are the pictures:

Here I separate the hair on the side of my head where you dont go bald, to give an impression how ones see my scalp very easy when hair is separated:

This is how it looks when I dont separate it and just let it hang

Thankyou for all help and input.

Either you have very weak hair or it is hairloss. Surely you should compare current state with poctures from the past. I myself realized that my hair was always of straw-like quality and do not bother that much anymore.
If not, this is hairloss, pretty much visible for everyone 'enlighted' with the topic. Start medication :)

I just checked with my mother and she has the exact same fine hair and you can see her scalp too if you put the hair in the way Ive done.

Thing is I dont think I really loose much hair ... I mean, a couple of strands a day maybe, when washing my hair, but Im not sure its so much ...

of well guess ima check with some expert in the field

It looks like you just have naturally thin hair.

I would say It's hairloss in an early stage. But to be sure you should go see a specialst. My parents often told me I was making things up when I noticed my hair loss. My dermatologist on the other hand confirmed my concerns I prescribed Finasteride to me to treat my hairloss.

Never listen to the people around you when you first notice thinning. They will invariably tell you you're crazy until it gets to the point that it's too late to save it.

In most of the cases, male/female pattern baldness is caused by a build-up of testosterone around the hair follicle which then acts to restrict the flow of nutrients to the follicle.

My suggestion is you must visit the hair specialist once.
They can suggest you better way like laser treatment for hair restoration, etc.

An increase of dihydrotestosterone (dht) not testosterone.

Can someone please tell me what is going on here? I shred like crazy the last couple of days, this is how the sink looks after I take my hand thru my hair. I lose on the back, on the sides and some on the top. Stilll NO LOSS on my hairline tho, its very strong.

I was put on testosterone replacement therapy recently, could this be the issue??

Do you shred like that on male pattern baldness or is it something else going on?
