Is this male pattern baldness? Weird receding pattern (pics)

Hi everyone,

I first noticed my hairline changing around senior of high school, and noticed thinning at one of my temples. I went to 2 doctors, one for a blood test for hormes/thyroids and another to inspect for signs of male pattern baldness. My tests all came back normal, and the other doctor, who has male pattern baldness himself, says that I show no signs of male pattern baldness because of something regarding the non-existence of broken shafts, and it's just part of getting older.

NOBODY in my family is bald, my grandpa on my mom's side is almost 80, and still has most of his hair. Same for my dad's side. It's been around 2 yrs (I am almost 20 now), and initially I believed the docs and thought that there shouldn't be the possibility of male pattern baldness for me. However, as you can see from the pics, my forehead has been getting larger and larger, my left temple has thinned ALOT, but the weird thing is my whole hairline is receding, not in the M or V shape ppl usually talk about. Can people tell me what exactly this is? Is it male pattern baldness? Should I start treatment? Thanks for all the help.

You seem to be losing your hair almost the same way I started to, first the temples started and then the very center of my hairline, where I had a pretty pronounced widows peak, started to thin out and then slowly the rest of my frontal hairline started to thin out, so that I no longer had a straight hairline across my forehead.

I'd take action now, so you keep what you've still got.
