is this male pattern baldness?

I'm not experiencing much shedding and the right temple has receded more than my left which I guess rules out an adult hairline...thanks in advance

As you can see there's a lot of gaps in my hairline and my temples are recessed. I'm 18 and I don't recall my hair being like that even a year ago.

You do not have Male Pattern Baldness, or at least any signs of it. If you do have it, it would be far too early for anyone to tell.

Your best option to get checked if you do have the condition or not is if you see a hair specialist, preferably a hair transplant surgeon. They'll be able to tell you 100% for sure if you have it or not.

Thanks for your insight guys. But even though the receding might not be evident my hairline has definitely changed. I've always put my hair up in the front and now theirs some very evident gaps in my hairline ( I can see my scalp) and that wasn't the case even a year ago. So I'm not sure if it's a mature hairline especially since the receding is worse on the right side...
