Hey I'm new here and would like advice/opinions about my crown. Specifically my hair whorl. Now mind you, I have naturally curly thick hair but about a month or two ago I got a buzz, so naturally I noticed more scalp than usual. Last week was when I noticed my hair whorl which I've never really seen cause my curls usually cover it up but since it's shorter I can see it. Is this normal? Cause idk what a normal one would look like. FYI I dont have a receding hairline in the front. Also the flash is on so obviously and hopefully it's not that bad in normal lighting:)

You could have posted the picture of an iguana and it would have been just as helpful to understand your situation. Too much flash, too blurry.
Post a better picture and answer these questions:
- is / was your father balding?
- what about paternal or maternal grandfathers?

Here's two other pics. The first one was when my hair was wet and the other one dry

Ok after a while my hair parts down the head like this. Is it just the way it parts or what? It concerns me cause of how it goes down my head and then curves to the side.

There's no correlation, they don't have to go hand in hand.. in receded af and still only have minor thinning in back

First thing you should do is get tnconfimed by a Doctor, I could very well be wrong and it might be the flash causing that look.

Thanks. I've never had my hair this short before so typical my curls cover it up. It could also be the fact that my hair is starting to get long enough to curl so it's causing it to look werid

Yea I'm still not totally convinced it's balding. I probably shouldn't have taken those last two pics after hours of wearing my hat.
