Images of my crown below.
Dry hair with natural lighting:

Wet hair with lighting overhead:

Hairline is fine-ish atm, there's some thinning close to it though.

Am I screwed?
I dont see any hairloss at all dude, if you are concerned jump on finasteride.

You have zero hair loss. No scalp dry and scalp wet is totally normal. Go enjoy life

Thanks for the replies.
I'd honestly believe you both 100% if it weren't for my brother aggressively losing his crown at 18, by the time he was 20, he'd already lost most of it. No one else in my family had balding this bad though, and he's always had tons of body hair from a young age, which I guess is a sign of very high DHT levels. I have pretty normal body hair that's fine and still don't have a beard.

Your brother should of got on treatments, im 20 now and have unnoticeable hairloss, i think i am starting to regrow since being on loniten. Keep an eye on it dude. Tell your brother about dutasteride and loniten, if he gets on both i bet he can recover alot of hair

I think it's too late for him, he's 25 now and his hairline is only a cm away from meeting his crown. NW5.

Its never too late. With the right treatments and a bit of luck its possible to get alot of hair back! Does being bald bother him? Maybe not since he has not seeked out treatments?

He says it doesn't but I think deep down he's given signs that he hates it. My dad begged him to take finasteride, but he refused because he wasn't willing to risk the sides.

Oh well, I guess I'll just visit a derm soon to check for miniaturization, either ways I'll be observant. Thanks.
