It would make more sense for them to announce after the holidays when the business world goes back to normal.

These things happened:
1. He (maz10meridio) called again today but could not speak to the same lady as the other day. The new lady said the lady from before was not in the house.

Maz said I am not gonna call again, I am more sorry than you if they did not publish anything.

2. Another user (loid) called today and the person on the phone said he was given orders not to say anything about the lotion: only email Fidia.

The same guy said that the person on the phone knew about the incident with the moderator but could not comment on it further.. Means probably something caused them to delay the announcement or who knows what the hell this means.

Months ago I read that there was no before and after photos for this product, and then some unclear, confusing b/a photos came out. I also read that this will give you minoxidil-like results. So did something change about the information of this product that has people all worked up about it and halting all other treatments? Last I read, early in the year, it was supposed prevent further loss. Did something change, are there new promising before and after photos? I'd like to share the enthusiasm of this lotion, but I see nothing on the internet or hair loss 2020 that points to what the source of the hype for this product is. I see some members calling it minoxidil? Is this true? Is it like minoxidil? If so what's the big deal?

You dont know how the pharma industry works, it has to be significantly better than options available now for this product to be feasible along with various other factors to make a product viable for a company. I hope im wrong as this day has been worse than the day samumed released there results. We also know that other companies had no interest in the patent so there is most likely a reason for that other than that the original patent had PGE1 in it.

I never said it didnt work, but guys on here last night with the excitement over something that none of us know anything about is crazy, this product could still be great all im saying is that it is starting to look like a shelved pipeline product by a pharma company which happens all the time. I for one am not being smug im sincerely hope im wrong but i work in the pharma industry and products get discontinued all the time, its also possible that fidia will come out in the new year with great news. This could be all down to some secretary who gave us false hope and fidia wasnt planning on releasing any statement today atll which would indicate results are still being analysed which is not good or bad news.

It's quite normal that no announcement came/would come. The rumour was hearsay and speculation based on speculation based on speculation. Any type of professional company wouldn't really mind on what's going here at this forum and will certainly not just type up an announcement in just 5 minutes. Hair loss is a multi billion dollar industry so everything that happens w.r.t. PR is well-considered.

Moreover they don't have any obligiation towards their 'clients'. If the product works it won't matter how they treat their clients, everyone will want to buy it since there currently is no great alternative.
