You are quite new here right? Why don’t we just wait for a couple of months into 2018 and see if fidia release anything?

For this reason, neither exact launch plans nor time-to-market priorities have been defined for the product yet, although we envisage the development of the potential product candidate being completed by 2018.
Have people already forgotten?

Patent is intended to be granted already for 2 weeks, so we are just waiting for fidia to pay the fees for grant. Yet 2 weeks past and nothing.
what does that mean? patent due is over and ptent become nothing?
When you get a notice, that patent is intedet to be granted you have 60 days to pay the fees or it will be declined. Usually companies pay it quite fast to have time to deal with documentation. Fidia did not paid it in the last 2 weeks. Now it will be closed for 3 weeks. Normally I would expect them to deal with the patent before holidays. Although they are from Italy. They will probably pay it last day. Hard to expect the southerners to do something fast. Why Brotzu did not sell it to Germany, Ireland or Scandinavia... whyyyyyyyPatent is intended to be granted already for 2 weeks, so we are just waiting for fidia to pay the fees for grant. https://register.epo.org/application?number=EP15728175&lng=en&tab=doclist They put all receipts in the documents list of the patent. Once/If they pay it, we will see it.Is there a link indicating they haven't paid it? Can you provide? We should have that here for all to reference whenever they get an itch to start talking about March.
Sorry, my mistake. It is quite time since I read info about the phases. You are right. It is four months and for setting equal conditions it is 120 days. Still. Those 4 months are mostly for dealing with some problems with documentation. Not waiting for payment...Doesn't it say in 'Communication about intention to grant a European patent', pg. 2, that they have a non-extendable period of four months to pay or amend ? Why do you say 60 days @Janko?
I really hope we can let this thread die next year... in one way or another
Got none...wtf are you doing guys?!?THE GOD DAMN POP-UPS ON THIS SITE WHEN USING MOBILE. f***.
