It'd be a success if it's like finasteride but w/out side effects. I know we all want this product to be as effective as possible, but if we achieve full maintenance without sides, we just have to save money and get a transplant. Boom, problem solved forever. Be positive guys

Using it with finasteride would probably enhance its effect. However, I personally won't swallow a single finasteride pill ever again. I feel so much better since I quit it. I also hope I can drop minoxidil someday since it leaves my hair like sh*t for like 3 or 4 hours, and if I don't wash it away I get so much dandruff.

English clearly isn't his first language, but I agree, he doesn't really state things clearly in his message. I mean, what does he mean by "the only androgenic was mine"? Did he try it on himself?
Also, we don't know if the 5 year regrowth claim refers to areata or androgenic.. the way I interpret the conversation, the 5 year regrowth claim only refers to areata tbh...
Also, @Clockwise convo with Giuseppe I believe is 100% legit. The only thing I’m questioning here is whether there’s any truth behind Giuseppe’s claims.

Same, I quit finasteride because I got rubber dick and very very bad brain fog that I still feel today sometimes.
I don't give a sh*t about dandruff, but my f*****g blood pressure now is very low from Minoxidil, I can live with that, however stuff is too greasy and makes me look like a retard when I go out.

This reminds me of back in 2014 when Nintendo said that Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS would be released in the summer. Then it ended up actually releasing in October. Remember, the summer is from July 21st to September 22nd. So if the October release is true we're really only talking about a few weeks later than Giuseppe said.

I used to watch E3 too. Then baldness struck like lighing and from them all I could think about is how to end this sh*t. Money that I saved for video games now go to Minoxidil, lol.

Minoxidil acts on it, which increases the flow in the capillary, but this drug does not act on endothelial cells that instead are affected by many stimuli such as infectious, hormonal diseases ect.
Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) acts on both pericitis and endothelial cells, determining their vasodilation and stimulating their reproduction.
Better than Rogaine.
2. " Dihomo-gamma-linoleic acid (DGLA). The results were equal if not better than those of the lotion with PGE1. There are scientific publications that show that in cell cultures DGLA stimulates the production of Keratin."

Unlike finasteride, S-equol's rumored ability to suppress hair loss and potentially regrow hair is based on the theory that S-equol can bind strongly to free DHT molecules, prohibiting them from binding to the hair follicles' receptor sites. Because S-equol does not suppress the conversion of testosterone to DHT, there is no resulting increase of testosterone in the body and therefore, no sexual side effects.

S-equol reduces DHT without increasing estradiol... without increasing hormonal estrogen. S-equol reduces DHT... without ridding the body of 5ar enzyme and the neurosteroids you need.

No, he isn't bullshiting. It could also be just because nobody in those companies were interested in baldness research (since they view it as cosmetic problem) and his trials were poor quality.
