Italian Hair Loss Lotion To Hit The Market In 2016

The patent states that the lotion works best for people with beginning hair loss and younger patients. Are men in their 30’s or 40’s, or lets say NW5’s able to stop hair loss?

The effects of finasteride + min becomes lower and lower as time goes, if I’m not completely wrong. But men who get a good hair transplant before NW5 and actually can tolerate finasteride (or simply don’t mind weaker erections) seem to be cured for a very very long time.

Since there is no long term studies, I’m a bit concerned that the effects will be lower after some years when it comes to this product also. Perhaps the initial results are better, but finasteride and min still is superior long term. Really don’t hope so of course. @beps63, anything to say here?

"It works as finasteride and minoxidil without side effects thus making it a better product."
Yes, but if I recall correctly he said the same thing for @Clockwise. However, the statement that it works the same as both of these products doesn't mean that it won't give better or worse results. Remember that he was asked the question if it could at least replace these products on bellicapelli, with this he answered that it could replace both.

Plus another point I want to make, it could be that all beps just wanted to say is that; a) it works as growth promoter; b) it blocks hormonal problem.

Hello everyone, I'm the grandson of "LongWayHome".
When this thread was created, my grandfather was celebrating his 60th birthday, we had a big dinner and he was all excited about this "new lotion that's gonna come out this year" (2016) and cure him. He was always so annoyed by his hairloss and I was happy for him for once.
But alas, years went by and then we celebrated his 70th birthday, his 80th birthday, and at 83 he passed away.
Not before he told his son (my father) to continue lurking on the Brotzu thread and wait for the final cure.
Another 20 years went by and my father is now 83 years old, and got the Alzheimer's disease.
He doesn't remember anything and barely talks, but from time to time he says "Bro...tzu...Beps..."
So I decided to get on that horse and start being active on this thread myself, for my father and grandfather.
It is 2060 by now and we can't lose hope, paleocapa89 didn't open this thread for nothing, he believed in this!
If he's still alive somehow I'm sure he still believes, in whatever retirement home he's in.
Lennon said 93 years ago that all you need is love, but now all we need is hair.

From one of the interviews:

"Bla bla bla will it loose efficacy over time?"
"DGLA tolerance (habituation) does not exist"

After 10 years, only 4% of the 84% of good responders go below baseline, no reason why this number should increase drastically after 15-20 years. Then get a hairtransplant and start the game from the very beginning for 15-20 more years. Now add minoxidil to this which gives you hair that stays there when combined with finasteride... if you still have problems, there's Dutasteride, RU etc. For people that start the treatment early enough, this IS the cure for 80% of them. I don't like people saying finasteride works less over time because it may be true, but on such an incredibly small scale..

Is the first Italian company we have contacted.

@beps63

I would jump on the hype train if a release date was announced on the 14th.
That is THE ONLY key announcement that would get me hyped.
If they say "yeah it works great but no idea on release date" then it's just the same all the products in the pipeline that work and never actually get released.

As in the Jerry Maguire quote "show me the money"

I say

"show me the release date"

otherwise, yeah it may work great but whatever as I aint able to use it then I'm off the hype train.
I agree I know it works, at this point I need the release date

Lol now that we know the lotion works, the presentation won't really provide us with anything new, unless we get a release date. If beps knew the release date he would have told us given the fact that he just shared with us that the lotion works. If Beps doesn't know the release date, his dad doesn't either. That leads me to the only conclusion that Fidia knows the release date, or is still planning on one.

I'm really happy with today's news but I'm not gonna set myself up for disappointment by believing it will be released this year. Just imagine the logistics of launching a lotion that can replace Min/finasteride. Think of how much money Fidia had to (or is still in the process of) invest into pre-production and distribution alone.

Equol work in different modality. Reduces the production of dihydrotestosterone and acts on the vascular sphincter receptor where didrotestosterone acts.

This is weird though. From what we know about S-Equol, it merely inactivates DHT by binding to it, it should not affect the quantities or rate of production of DHT. Reducing production of dihydrotestosterone would mean it also affects 5-AR which is as far as I'm aware not a documented property of Equol.

I also have no idea what the bolded part means, it is probably a translation peculiarity.

Well we don't really know if Beps is who he claims to be.

The "effects of Finasteride and Minoxidil combined" sounds very different from the 5 years regrowth (not literally but yeah)

Still great for young ppl
Look at the context. He was asked if it could replace them both, he just stated as I said: a) it works as a growth stimulant; b) it maintains.
It doesn't confirm or deny 5 year claim.

Well we don't really know if Beps is who he claims to be.
I know, I was really skeptical about this at first as well, but given the fact that he posts in that Italian forum as well, plus confirmed that his dad was going to talk at SITRI before it was made known (think about that...), I really do think he is who he claims to be tbh...
