I think some of the ingredients like s-equol which supposedly makes up almost half this thing just lacks evidence it really stops DHT. If it works primarily through stopping androgens as part of it to maintain then the s-equol has to work otherwise its more a minoxidil trying to regrow hair.
The evidence S-equol stops DHT and to what extent is pretty flimsy to say the least some rat studies.

S-equol has been shown to have a modest affinity for binding to and mimicking estrogen's effects on estrogen beta receptors (ERβ) due to its similar structure to natural estrogens [5, 7]. If you have the enzyme that converts soy isoflavone to S-equol and consume too much soy you can have the same affect, this guy was drinking around 3 litres of soy milk a day and got gynecomastia:

I think that such an amount of s-equol, delivered as topical will not cause gyno. But this is what we must check.
I am waiting for reports from guys from Italy. As patent states people saw hair loss reduction after a week.

So that guy getting gyno is kind of an indication that high levels of s-equol might work but you may as well be taking finasteride because your going to get the same low DHT/high estrogen ratio anyway. At least your neurosteroids might be fine though so maybe its still a win.

Someone needs to start an FAQ website in English stating all the facts we know so far about this product, and then updated when anything new happens, as a lot of people don't seem to be up to date or have the facts wrong about what's happened.
I know this is mainly because this thread is 50 pages long and if someone is new to this it's unlikely they would read back through the entire thread, so that's why I think an FAQ and summary website/blog would be great.

You've misunderstood me, this is not to clear it up for me, I have followed the Brotzu lotion from pretty much the beginning of when it became public.
There were lots and lots of confused posts and questions in this thread from people who clearly had not been following what has happened.
To end the confusion I suggested a good idea that someone (not me) start a small Brotzu lotion website/blog with a FAQ.
The website creator could add Google AdSense to the site to make it worth their effort in doing it.

This is complete BS based on faulty reasoning. Phytoestrogens are not mammalian estrogens (hint: those are found in cow's milk). Soy products do not give you man breasts, it's a stupid myth.

Did you actually read what I wrote? Where did I mention Phytoestrogens? The guy in the publication was drinking 3 litres of soy milk a day, one cup of soy milk has around 30mg of soy isoflavone. If that isoflavone is mainly daidzein and you have the bacteria present, then you're going to be generating shitloads of S-Equol and decimating any DHT in your body and we know about the side affects possible from finasteride and dutasteride.

So no, it's not BS and not faulty reasoning as I never said eating soy will give you man boobs.

In theory, everything that inhibits DHT can give you manboobs. It depends on dosage.
