A Finasteride replacement with no side effects would be great.

Just something side effect free that would give us the confidence to have a hair transplant knowing we can pretty much keep the rest of what we have for a long time.

I wonder why so many of you talk only about maintainance? Nobody ever said that this lotion (if it really works the way Brotzu explained) is only for maintaing existing hair. He clearly mentioned that regrowth was observed... so its maintainance plus regrowth!

Especially for diffuse thinners this lotion could be something like a cure! Why not speaking of a cure if the follicles are still active but producing thin hair... and brotzus lotion is apparently able to turn these thin hairs to terminal.
