I've found before and after pictures of someone who used Dr.Brotzus lotion. She used it only for a month and she said it was not easy to get it. Her son got the lotion last November. So it seems that she used the lotion only for a month. The after pictures are from April 2017 and the before pictures are from November 2016.

She did not say that the end result was achieved in 1 month.
Before pic is from November 2016 and after pic is from April 2017. Her son worked in Cagliari and he was able to get the lotion (but only one package/bottle)
As always.... nobody knows if these people are telling the truth. That is why we need an official statement from fidia. 1000 rumours and nobody has seen an offcial before and after pic on their website.

You know what I really don't like?
The fact that the hair is parted in different ways and the fact that she is wearing the exact same sweater.
I have no way of telling if the lotion worked or not. I have no way of telling if the pictures are a month apart, a year apart, or a few minutes apart.
And inb4 "the difference is so obvious, how can you question it?" Bros, I have hair down to my nipples. It's very apparent that the direction in which I part my hair greatly changes how bad or good it looks. I just go to work with a bun these days and nobody can tell that I have thinned up top.
What I am saying is that I spend every day consciously playing the "hide the baldness" game.
This is certainly "better" evidence than just a paragraph saying it works, but unfortunately, not all photographical evidence is of the same quality.
My thinning is very similar to hers, except my hair line is decent. The thinning is from the center top to the crown. What I see in these pics is the same thing that I see each day when I look in the mirror.
Pics 1, 2, 3 - hair brushed upward: more scalp exposed.
Pics 4,5 - when my hair naturally settles down, it looks just like these pictures - enough density is lost to reveal multiple large part lines all in different directions. I especially have that "single-lock-of-hair-surrounded-by-scalp" thing going on right on top of my head - similar to what pic 5 shows.
Pic 6 and 7 - hair brushed flat and allowed to go in the direction in which it erupts - this makes the hair lie down flat against the scalp and give most coverage. But the part lines reveal the thinning. I know this feel too well.
So anyway, I'm not saying anyone is lying. I hope it is clear why I am skeptical though. I'm just suggesting that I envision an alternate way to create the same pictures without any treatment.
Edit: Since I made a claim, I suppose it is only fair to provide pictures. Full disclosure - I washed my hair recently so it has no oil in it, so it is difficult at the moment to get it to stand up, so I used around a tablespoon of mousse. Nothing fancy. Also my hair is longer than the lady's so it's not gonna stand as easily.
I hope you can look past the differences in hair length, color, and location of thinning and consider my point about hair styling influencing the appearance of thinning. I kept as many things the same as possible, lighting, shirt, location etc.

The more pictures and sources (beps, spiga, brotzu who uses every possibility to tell us it is going to be out very soon) pop up iam getting more and more sceptical.
There were always good and bad signs for this product and I still can't imagine that fidia try's to sell a scam or that this thread and the sources are part of a publicity campaign under the control of fidia (the cost benefit ratio would be horrific and nearly no one of us would fall for it if there are no good pictures in the end ... I hope). It is also possible that most of them are just single trolls. I already thought that about beps, and for all the guys who ask why those people should do that...because trolls like trolling even I would enjoy to prank a whole forum with millions of viewers.

Fidias update has to be a good and convincing one (with pictures).

It is definetely weird. Even these facebook groups are weird. One group leads to another group. Many members keep asking questions about Brotzu but the administrator keeps saying that she is not allowed to spread any Information. There are some users who know more but of course they cannot say anything.

Finally we have Brotzus statements. Those people who met Brotzu at the Sitri conference and have private contact with him always repeat how kind and intelligent he is. By the way he explained his lotion very well.
Are these all scammers? To be honest Spigas words came absolutely unexpected. If he really scammed and lied he should win the scam award 2017. Which scammer invest months on a forum to be negative and then change his mind.

Yeah I think it all depends on how much dou are willing to believe in this lotion.

Excellent question. They may not necessarily be "liars" in that they are actively fabricating a story to deceive people. Here's an amusing segment by Neil DeGrasse Tyson about why eyewitness testimony is the lowest form of evidence:
Consider the number of people on this planet who would swear by having been visited by ghosts and ghouls, having had out of body experiences, other paranormal experiences, or as described in the video, extraterrestrial encounters, etc. These people are not lunatics. For the most part they are normal people who believe in abnormal phenomena on insufficient information and misinterpretation of things they perceive. Furthermore, the human senses aren't always the well calibrated instruments we think they are; it's not too difficult for people to get confused.
As far as Dr. Brotzu's SITRI presentations, I implore you to please understand that results for Alopecia Areata were presented, not Androgenetic Alopecia. Again, I mention this because AA is fully reversible and has been known to reverse spontaneously and without treatment. It may also very well be that the lotion does indeed work well at reawakening the follicles from AA.
It may also be that the lotion works exactly as claimed, i.e. on Androgenetic Alopecia as well.
My only point is that the evidence for the latter claim is not forthcoming, for one reason or another. The evidence for the treatment and partial reversal of Androgenetic Alopecia would be scalp microscopy pictures, hair counts (shaft thickness, hairs per FU, density), biopsies, and the like. In other words, business as usual.
It doesn't have to come down to "scam" vs "real," or "good" vs "bad."

so i went over there to have a quik look and the results are extremely positive. are you sure that guy is using some form of the botzu lotion?
Yes, they used the same substances that are in the patent. Of course it's not 100 % the same fidia lotion but this actually shows us that the lotion can work as the Doctor said.
I have read every single post in this thread from the beginning. Some people who joined the forum recently (after this thread was created) don't read the whole thread (which would take forever) and don't know the whole story and start making assumptions. What I remeber from older posts is that Fidia bought the rights to pursue working on AG; that's why the Dr. cannot work on it anymore nor talk about it publicly. However, the Dr. can still work on AA case.
