Sorry, @tzt, I've just seen the March thing so much recently I figured it was a desperado perpetuating the line. Your translation makes it out a bit better, for sure. It keeps getting mentioned that some 'well-respected admin' at IESON confirmed through some source this March release, but those on IESON seem just as clueless to the matter as the rest of us.

i contacted him in private message two week ago, and he tell me that they are waiting for FIDIA's update and everything is in the hands of FIDIA for the release date,
