Well we actually went through all the ingredients and looked at the published science on each and he said on paper it does all make a lot of sense and doesn't see why it shouldn't work. However, he also said that there is a huge amount of stuff that on paper in medicine makes sense but doesn't reflect true in real life - also stating that theres also stuff however that shouldn't work in theory but for some unexplainable reason does in practice.

He did say that Alopecia of all kinds is still a big unknown and simply being a doctor isn't enough to make you credited to comment on it - as there are even professors who literally spend years studying very specific areas of the body who still cant give definitive answers to problems.

Bottom line: who f*****g knows. 8 days.
I talked to one of my doctor about new drug (totally in different area) and he had told me the same thing.

So nobody f*****g knows

Sounds interesting but isn't the liposome delivery important to avoid it going systemic and getting sides?

I have no idea how much liposomal delivery will make a difference for that. In the skin study that is linked in that thread they note that racemic naturally formed a reservoir all on its own in the epidermis. Ie. It naturally accumulated in the epidermis and released itself gradually to the dermis where the hair follicles are. That's what you want to see happen.

I don't think you'd need liposomes at all. I can't see any reason for it. Maybe it would be more targeted to the hair follicles with liposomes?

Equol has many potential health benefits too if it goes systemic. Since no one's used Equol from what I see on this forum, who knows what dose there would be side effects at or with what vehicle.

Certainly liposomes aren't necessary to get it into the skin and to the hair follicles where you want it.

There was one guy who tried to use s equol as a kind of like topical from this forum. At first he thought that he had gotten some sexual sides after a while, but then he said that he was 99% sure that it wasn't from the s equol and also that it probably didn't went through his skin either.

Hence the liposomal delivery is mostly there for the drug to go through the skin basically

Yeah except it's not.

Equol penetrates the skin perfectly very easily.

It's been studied as an anti-aging treatment and it has many positive effects on the skin with very good absorption. No liposomes needed.

If this lotion really is a scam, they did an amazing job at hiding it and tying it in with all the science. I don't really think it's a scam though, I feel as if it'll at least replace minoxidil and Finasteride without the sides.

How will we even know the outcome of the presentation? We don't have anyone going to SITRI.

I guess we should keep an eye on the Brotzu thread in the Italian forum, they will likely be the first to know:

People from Italy forum is going so one of italian user already said he is going to translate them to english. So we don’t have to worry about that

Highly unlikely. The man was balding for more than 20 years.
And he sucks. Did he ever win an Oscar?
No, he got his fame by acting as a random soldier in Saving Private Ryan and his hairline was still intact even if he already buzzed.
