You'll still have to let them know in the long run, you can't keep deceiving someone forever. They may be better now then I thought, but still regardless they're going to know you're balding in the long run.
At least with finasteride/minoxidil combo you're able to keep what you got but this combination is really only worthwhile for people who respond nor have side effects that alter either their libido, or possibly are giving them gyno. I know there are other side effects but those are the two people seem to quit for.
